This look in the opposite direction thing is tricky for me, regardless of the fact that they have “look left” and “look right” painted on street corners.

Sneak peak at my first attempt at a flyer for  work - haven’t loaded the font yet and am probably redoing most of it. either way- round one!

Also, sometimes I like to be a lion. 

Went to Greenwich today, hence me being a knight. I think it’s a pretty good look for me. We took a boat tour over and spent a few hours in the area, where we got to see the painted hall, observatory, prime meridian, and wander the markets. In typical London fashion it ended up raining terribly, but I’m slowly learning to carry my umbrella around with me, so all is well.

Other things I’ve learned- plain coffee is incredibly complicated to order (it’s lattes from now on) and girls here don’t like wearing pants.

Going to the premiere of You Instead movie tomorrow for work! Metropolis has a new sound track label and we’re releasing the album for this, followed by an after-party/gig at Barfly with the musicians from the movie. Exciting times!

Thames Festival 2011.

I’m writing this now to make sure that I actually use it. I haven’t even been here a week yet, but so much has already happened. They’ve been keeping us incredibly busy, but hopefully sometime soon I’ll have time to sit down and write out everything that has happened so far. I’ve been on multiple tours, explored the city, and started work already. It’s been a very full 5 days. I’l post little blurbs as I go, with the occasional full out blog (maybe more often then not).
